Multi-contact welding machines with replaceable jig tables SA

The design provides for the installation of replaceable jig tables, which facilitates very high production flexibility and allows a large range of products to be manufactured on one machine.

Reconfiguration from one product to another is carried out by replacing the jig tables (takes 15-20 minutes) and loading the required program for the manufactured product from the computer memory.

While one table is automatically welding a given product, on the other table operators are manually placing rods on the table.

During the initial setup of a new product, all necessary welding parameters are saved in the computer memory, and subsequently the influence of the “human factor” is reduced to zero, and highly qualified operators are not required (in practice, young girls perform such work faster and more accurately).

Welding occurs in several cycles, which allows optimizing energy costs and welding both thin industrial meshes and heavy construction meshes on one machine. At the same time, the machine allows welding pre-galvanized wire without burning out the zinc coating in places of contact with welding electrodes, which preserves high anti-corrosion resistance of the welded mesh and the marketable appearance of the product.

Maximum dimensions of interchangeable tables are 2500 mm x 2400 mm (other dimensions are discussed), welding transformer capacities from 80 kVA to 2 x 200 kVA, maximum number of welding cylinders is 24, diameters of welded wires are 2 – 8 mm (in addition, it is possible to weld round wire with a strip or square in any combination, triple-type mesh, bent and pre-formed rod structures, etc.).
