Manual feed of longitudinal rod
In these welding machines, the longitudinal rod is loaded manually by operators, and the transverse rod is loaded from an automatic magazine controlled by a computer.
GSA machines are characterized by high productivity.
Maximum dimensions of welded meshes are 2500 mm x 6000 mm (other dimensions are discussed), diameters of welded wires are 3 – 10 mm, suitable for welding reinforcement and wire, including galvanized.
The distance between the longitudinal rods is 50 mm (or more) fixed, the distance between the transverse rods depends on the wire diameter and is 25 mm (or more), is controlled by a computer and can be variable.
GSA machines can be equipped with additional devices - such as a built-in hydraulic bending press for fencing mesh stiffeners, an automatic mesh stacker (including a reversal unit for heavy reinforcement meshes) and transport systems.
