Servo control - the turret head is positioned using a servo motor in combination with a hydraulic lock, which ensures quick tool change and high positioning accuracy.
Precision Ball Screw. The X-axis motion is transmitted by a C1 grade ball screw, and the Z-axis is pre-tensioned to reduce thermal deformation to a minimum, ensuring excellent feeding accuracy.
The manual hydraulic tailstock with manual shank can move and fix according to the workpiece, ensuring stable and rigid clamping of the workpiece.
The X and Z axes are equipped with Japanese high-precision linear guides for movement. Their use ensures high movement speeds, precise positioning and structural rigidity during processing.
